The Waverly condos have a nice minimalistic luxury feel while the Seychelle condos and townhouses have a modern style with a touch of Zen. These new two story condominiums are available for viewing now and only require a RSVP for a personal tour. So down below, I have reported on the current market in terms of availability, pending escrows and recently sold listings for both.

There are currently 24 active listings in these 2 buildings. There are 1 bedrooms, two bedroom and 3 bedroom units available and ready for viewings. They range in price from $995,000 for a one bedroom all the way up to $10,000,000 for a 3 bedroom penthouse at $10,000,000. This highest price units is at top of the Seychelles and is near the roof top pool.

There are only five in escrow right now. These five units in escrow range in price from $1,274,000 for a 1 bedroom to $2,360,000 which is a 2 bedroom and 3 bath. There has been seventy eight close escrow since the grand opening last year. These sold listings range in price between $800,000-$7,200,000.

Once these units sell out in 2015, the resale prices will probably “skyrocket” as there will be no more new high rises this close to the beach. Don’t wait to long to purchase one of these or you may miss out on a no brainer investment.
